Such beautiful scenery this morning, wildcamp at Red Tarn in the Lake District and up at 5am to summit Helvellyn (950m) via Striding Edge for the sunrise. Felt so at peace and emotional after. Definitely the biggest dopamine hit I have received. It was the most physically and emotionally challenging things I have done.
